in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries Act, 1882,"
I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
The MOUNT COOK ROAD BOARD
to be Trustees, in the place of A. B. Smith, G. F. Clulee,
Alexander Spalding, Walter Allan, and Andrew Cowan, re-
signed, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Burke's
Pass Cemetery.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this nineteenth day of March, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-three.
