Revocation of Appointment of Bonding Warehouse.

CUSTOMS.—In exercise of the authority in me for this purpose vested, I, the Commissioner of Trade and Customs, do, by this order under my hand, revoke and annul the appointment of the under-mentioned warehouse for the reception and security of goods entered to be warehoused without payment of duty upon the first entry thereof, viz.,—

Port of Wanganui.

Part of a two-storied wooden building, situate on Taupo Quay, Wanganui, forming a portion of Taylor and Watt’s premises, and known as

TAYLOR AND WATT’S BOND.

FRANCIS MONCKTON, of Ross, in the Colony of New Zealand, Surgeon, has deposited at this office a specification of the said invention ; and I have appointed Friday, the 20th day of July next, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, at this office, to hear the said application and all objections thereto ; and I require all persons having an interest in opposing the grant of such Letters Patent to leave, on or before the 5th day of July next, at this office, particulars in writing of their objections to the said application, otherwise they will be precluded from urging the same.

We have counted the cash in hand, and have, to the best of our belief, ascertained the correctness of the above balance-sheet. We find that £80 1s. 4d. was the amount of interest accrued to the 31st December, 1882, but not then payable, and that £32 10s., being arrears of interest, was unpaid on the same date.
