In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and in the matter of the New Zealand Pottery and Glass Company (Limited).
To the Shareholders of the New Zealand Pottery and Glass Company (Limited).

NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the Shareholders of the above-named Company, held at Messrs. Bastings and Leary’s office, High Street, Dunedin, on the 13th day of February, 1883, a resolution was passed confirming the following special resolution passed at an extraordinary meeting of the Shareholders, held at Dunedin, on the 19th day of January, 1883: “That the New Zealand Pottery and Glass Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily, under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1882.’”

And, further, notice is hereby given that, at the same meeting, Mr. RICHARD HENRY LEARY, of Dunedin, Accountant, was appointed sole Liquidator of the said Company.
