- The name of the Company is to be the Magnolia Gold-
Mining Company (Limited). - The place of intended operations is at Murphy's Hill,
Thames Gold Fields. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Shortland Street, Auckland. - The nominal capital of the Company is fifteen thousand
pounds, in fifteen thousand shares of one pound each. - The number of shares subscribed for is thirteen thousand,
being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in

thousand pounds, in twenty-two thousand shares of one pound
each. - The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-two
thousand, being not less than two-thirds of the entire number
of shares in the Company. - The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount already paid up is nil.
