I, the Commissioner of Trade and Customs, do hereby approve
and appoint the under-mentioned warehouse, viz.,—
Port of Lyttelton.
A building erected in concrete and brick with slate roof, with
the cellar thereunder, situate on part of Town Section No. 735,
fronting Cathedral Square, Christchurch, on the south-east side,
to be known as
DALGETY'S BOND,
—to be a warehouse for the reception of goods under bond.
Given under my hand, at Wellington, this fourteenth
day of February, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty-three.

WE, three of Judges of the Supreme Court of New Zealand,
in exercise of the power in us in this behalf vested by
section 32 of "The Supreme Court Act, 1882," or otherwise
howsoever, do hereby order as follows:—
The several offices of the said Court throughout the colony
shall be open daily, except on Sundays and holidays, and except
also as hereafter mentioned, from 10 o'clock in the forenoon to
3 o'clock in the afternoon.
On Saturdays, and also during vacation, the offices shall close
at 1 o'clock in the afternoon.

IN compliance with the provisions of the sixty-first section of
"The Regulation of Elections Act, 1881," I hereby notify

has resigned his seat in the House of Representatives for the
Electoral District of Selwyn, and that his letter of resignation
was received by me on the 10th day of February, 1883, and
that the said seat is vacant by reason of such resignation.
