NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land
hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions
of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870," unless caveat be lodged
forbidding the same in each case on or before the 17th day of
March next.

WILLIAM HENRY HASLETT.—Parts of Allotments 5
and 8 of Section 5, Suburbs of Auckland, containing 12 acres

VICTORY GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).

A general meeting of the Shareholders of the above-named
Company, held at the Company's office on the 25th October,
1882, the following special resolution was passed: "That this
Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. R. J. SCOTOCK
be appointed Liquidator."

Cleopatra Gold-Mining Company as a Limited Company
under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Cleopatra Gold-
    Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of intended operations is at Collingwood.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be in Nelson,
    in the County of Waimea.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is twenty thousand
    pounds, in twenty thousand shares of one pound each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is twenty thousand,
