towards the North-east by a road-line, 511 links; towards
the East by Sections Nos. 6, 8, 11, 14, and 17 of same block,
19959.6 links; towards the South-east by the Otago Central
Railway Reserve, 604 links; towards the West by Sections
Nos. 20, 25, 28, and 4 of same block, 20389 links: be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less; and intersected by two road-
lines each 100 links wide. For a forest reserve.
All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of
Otago, containing by admeasurement a total acreage of 118
acres 1 rood 6 perches, more or less, situate in the Blackstone
District, and being sections numbered respectively 25, 26, 27,
28, and 29 of Block XV. of said district. Bounded towards
the North-west by Sections Nos. 3 and 9 of same block,
12281.5 links, by Section No. 16 of same block, 3296.7 links, by
Section No. 18 of same block, 3226 links, also by road re-
serve along the Ida Burn, 6800 links; towards the South-east
by Section No. 22 of same block, 5240 links, by Section No.
19 of same block, 3892 links, by Section No. 15 of same
block, 3296.7 links, also by Sections Nos. 13, 10, and 2 of
same block, 12236.5 links; towards the South-west by Section
No. 18 of same block, 300 links, by Section No. 16 of same

containing by admeasurement a total acreage of 63 acres 1
rood 29 perches, more or less, situate in the Blackstone Dis-
trict, and being Sections numbered respectively 6 and 19 of
Block XVI. of said district. Bounded towards the North-
east by Section No. 4 of same block, 682 links; towards the
North-west by Sections Nos. 4 and 5 of same block, 9160
links, also by a road-line, 2560.8 links; towards the South-
east by Sections Nos. 20, 7, 8, and 3 of same block, 12530
links; towards the West by a road-line, 1659.8 links, also by
Section No. 5 of same block, 777.5 links: be all the aforesaid
linkages more or less; and intersected by a road-line 100 links
wide, also by reserve along each side of the Idaburn, 100
links wide on each side. For a forest reserve.
All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Otago,
containing by admeasurement 33 acres 3 roods 7 perches,
more or less, situate in the Poolburn District, and being Sec-
tion No. 1 of Block II. of said district. Bounded towards the
West by a road-line, 513 links; towards the North-east by
sections numbered respectively 2 and 9 of same block, 6816.6
links; towards the South-east by a road-line, 500 links; and
towards the South-west by a road-line, 6701 links: be all the
aforesaid linkages more or less. For a forest reserve.
All those parcels of land in the Provincial District of Otago,
containing by admeasurement a total acreage of 73 acres 1
rood 37 perches, more or less, situate in the Tiger Hill Dis-
trict, and being sections numbered respectively 15 and 16
of Block IV. of said district. Bounded towards the North-
west by Section No. 25 of Block V. of same district, 3791.6
links; towards the North by Section No. 8 of Block X., Pool-
burn District, 7832 links; towards the East by Section No. 2
of Block II., Poolburn District, 500 links; towards the South-
east by Section No. 11 of Block IV., Tiger Hill District, 2298
links; towards the South by Section No. 13 of same Block
IV., by a road-line, also by Section No. 14 of same block,
7859 links; towards the North-east by a road-line, 2470 links:
be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; and intersected by

Additional Rivers open for Trout-fishing in Nelson.

IN pursuance of the powers and authority vested in him
by "The Salmon and Trout Act, 1869," His Excellency
the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand doth hereby
make the following regulation for the Provincial District of
Nelson:--
Any holder of a license as mentioned in the regulations
made under "The Salmon and Trout Act, 1867," on the
third day of October, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-
three, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the
fourth day of October, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty-three, may fish for trout in each river or stream in the
Provincial District of Nelson which flows into Blind Bay,
from the date hereof until the thirty-first day of March, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-four, but only between
the hours of five o'clock in the morning and ten o'clock in
the evening.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this fifteenth day of December, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-three.

Fixing Sittings of the District Courts of Nelson and
Westland.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority in
this behalf enabling me, I, William Francis Drummond
Jervois, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby fix and appoint that sittings of the District Courts of
Nelson and Westland, for civil and criminal business, shall
be held as follows, from and after the first day of January
next, in lieu of those previously fixed and appointed:-
Nelson District.
In the Provincial Hall, Nelson, on the 7th January, 7th
February, 28th February, 3rd April, 17th April, 1st May, 5th
June, 30th June, 4th August, 21st August, 29th September,
16th October, 3rd November, 4th December.
Westland District.
In the Supreme Courthouse, Hokitika, on the 24th January,
18th March, 12th May, 10th July, 4th September, 13th
November.
In the Courthouse, Greymouth, on the 21st January, 21st
March, 15th May, 14th July, 8th September, 17th November.
In the Courthouse, Reefton, on the 17th January, 24th
March, 22nd May, 21st July, 15th September, 24th Novem-
ber.
In the Courthouse, Westport, on the 14th January, 27th
March, 26th May, 24th July, 18th September, 27th Novem-
ber.
Provided that, in case any of the days so fixed as aforesaid
shall happen to be a holiday, then the Court appointed for
that day shall be holden on the first day thereafter not being
a holiday.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this eighteenth day of December, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-three.

teries Act, 1882," I, William Francis Drummond Jervois, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
the local authorities specified in the first column of the
Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the
public cemetery specified in the second column of the said
Schedule.
