SUPPLEMENT
TO THE
NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE

IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND. AUCKLAND DISTRICT.
IN the matter of a decision of the Court given at Waitara, in the district of Taranaki, on the 22nd day
of June, 1882, upon the hearing of a claim for the investigation of title to land situate in the said
district, and known as "Poutama" or "Mohakatimo Parininihi"; and in the matter of an application made
to this Court in writing, within three months after such decision was given, for a rehearing upon the afore-
said claim:
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that behalf
vested in me, do hereby order that a rehearing upon such claim be had on the 10th day of January, 1884,
at a sitting of the Court to be then holden at New Plymouth, in the said last named district
Dated at Auckland, this 24th day of January, 1883.

Although this rehearing is advertized to be held at New Plymouth, it can if desired, be adjourned to
any place shown to be more convenient.

IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given at Waipawa, in the said district, on the 11th day of
October, 1883, upon the hearing of a claim to succeed to the interest of Kerei Tanguru, in a block of
land situate in the said district, and known as "Te Wi"; and in the matter of the application of Nireaha
Tamaki for a rehearing upon such claim:
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that
behalf vested in me do hereby dismiss such application.
