  1. The purchaser of any lands described in Schedules I.
    and II., upon the full payment of the purchase-money, and
    the purchaser of any lands described in Schedule III., upon the
    like payment, and also upon the fulfilment of the terms and
    conditions prescribed by "The Land Act, 1877," "The Land
    Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1879," and "The Land Act 1877
    Amendment Act, 1882," relating to land on deferred pay-
    ments, will be entitled to his Crown grant, to be issued in
    the usual way upon payment of the fees prescribed by law.

Land Transfer Act Notices.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land
hereinafter described will be brought under the pro-
visions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870," unless caveat be
lodged forbidding the same in each case on or before the
16th day of January next.

MICHAEL DERVAN.-Lots 24 and 25 of the subdivision
of Allotments 7, 8, and part of 9 of Section 41, Town of
Auckland, containing 14 perches. In the occupation of
Messrs. Godwin, Malvern, and Harker. 2121.

FRANK JAGGER.-Allotment 72 of the subdivision of
Allotment 18, Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland, containing
10 perches. In the occupation of William Savory. 2131.

JOHN HAY.-Lots 2, 3, and 4 of a subdivision of Allot-
ment 10, of Section 2, of the Parish of Takapuna, containing
8 acres 1 rood 35 perches, partly occupied by tenants and

JAMES MCCOSH CLARK, DAVID DINGWALL, and
HENRY GILFILLAN.-Part of Allotment 18 of Section 18,
City of Auckland, and part of land reclaimed from the sea
in the Harbour Board, containing 1 rood 6\u00bd perches. In oc-
cupation of tenants. 2151.

JOHN LOGAN CAMPBELL.-Allotments 11 and 12,
Section 8, City of Auckland, containing 2 roods 12 perches.
In occupation of tenants. 2152.

WILLIAM SWAINSON.- Allotment 11, Section 3, Suburbs
of Auckland, containing 4 acres 5 perches. In occupation of
tenants. 2153.

FRANCIS JAMIESON ARBUCKLE.- North-western
portion of Allotment 80, Parish of Mangatete, County of
Mongonui, containing 80 acres. Unoccupied. 2154.

Diagrams may be inspected at this office.
