- The purchaser of any lands described in Schedules I.
and II., upon the full payment of the purchase-money, and
the purchaser of any lands described in Schedule III., upon the
like payment, and also upon the fulfilment of the terms and
conditions prescribed by "The Land Act, 1877," "The Land
Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1879," and "The Land Act 1877
Amendment Act, 1882," relating to land on deferred pay-
ments, will be entitled to his Crown grant, to be issued in
the usual way upon payment of the fees prescribed by law.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land
hereinafter described will be brought under the pro-
visions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870," unless caveat be
lodged forbidding the same in each case on or before the
16th day of January next.
MICHAEL DERVAN.-Lots 24 and 25 of the subdivision
of Allotments 7, 8, and part of 9 of Section 41, Town of
Auckland, containing 14 perches. In the occupation of
Messrs. Godwin, Malvern, and Harker. 2121.
