I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Union Gold-Mining Company as a Limited Com-
pany, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Act,
1872."

  1. The name of the company is to be the Union Gold-
    Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is on Obelisk Range, Vincent
    County.
  3. The registered office of the company will be situated at
    Buckingham Street, Arrowtown, in the Provincial District of
    Otago.
  4. The nominal capital of the company is eight thousand
    five hundred pounds, in seventeen thousand shares of ten
    shillings each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is seventeen
    thousand.
  6. The number of shares paid up is nil.
  7. The amount considered as already paid up is eight
    hundred and fifty pounds, or one shilling per share.
  8. The name of the Manager is James Frederick Healey.
