I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register
the Union Gold-Mining Company as a Limited Com-
pany, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Act,
1872."
- The name of the company is to be the Union Gold-
Mining Company (Limited). - The place of operations is on Obelisk Range, Vincent
County. - The registered office of the company will be situated at
Buckingham Street, Arrowtown, in the Provincial District of
Otago. - The nominal capital of the company is eight thousand
five hundred pounds, in seventeen thousand shares of ten
shillings each. - The number of shares subscribed for is seventeen
thousand. - The number of shares paid up is nil.
- The amount considered as already paid up is eight
hundred and fifty pounds, or one shilling per share. - The name of the Manager is James Frederick Healey.
