IN THE NATIVE LAND COURT, NEW ZEALAND. AUCKLAND DISTRICT.
IN the matter of a judgment of the Court given at Maketu, in the said district, on the 2nd day of May,
1883, upon the hearing of a claim for investigation of title to land situate in the said district, and
known as Tumu; and in the matter of the application of Heni Pore, for a rehearing upon such claim:
I, John Edwin Macdonald, Chief Judge of the said Court, and in exercise of the authority in that behalf
vested in me, do hereby dismiss such application.
