Time for preparing Half-yearly Balance-sheet of
County of Waitemata extended.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this
seventh day of November, 1882.
Present :
HIS EXCELLENCY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE
GOVERNMENT IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the Treasurer of the County of Wai-
temata failed to prepare the balance-sheet
showing the receipts and expenditure on each of the
accounts kept by him for the six months ended the
thirtieth day of September, one thousand eight hun-
dred and eighty-two, as required by section one hun-
dred and twenty-nine of "The Counties Act, 1876:"
And whereas it is expedient to extend the time for
preparing the said balance-sheet:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Administrator
of the Government of the Colony of New Zealand,
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said colony, in exercise of the powers
vested in him by the said "Counties Act, 1876," doth
hereby extend the time for preparing and sending to
the Auditors of the accounts of the County of Wai-
temata the said balance-sheet until the twenty-second
day of November, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty-two.

Trustee appointed for Cust Public Cemetery No. 2.
JAMES PRENDERGAST,

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the sixth section of
"The Cemeteries Act, 1882, I, James Prendergast,
the Administrator of the Government of the Colony
of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
JAMES WEBSTER
to be Trustee, in the place of David Grant, deceased,
to provide for the maintenance and care of the Cust
Cemetery No. 2, in conjunction with the other per-
sons appointed by warrant under the hand of His
Excellency the Governor on the fourteenth day of
April, one thousand eight hundred and eighty.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
seventh day of November, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-two.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the sixth section of
"The Cemeteries Act, 1882," I, James Prendergast,
the Administrator of the Government of the Colony
of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
CHARLES REDFERN and
EVERED THOMAS UPTON
to be Trustees, in the place of Ward Robinson, re-
signed, and George Hobson, deceased, to provide for
the maintenance and care of the Kowai Pass Public
Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons ap-
pointed by warrant under the hand of His Excel-
lency the Governor on the twenty-eighth day of
August, onethousand eighthundred and seventy-eight.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
seventh day of November, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-two.
