IT is hereby notified that the Commissioners ap-
pointed in pursuance of section 75 of "The
Land Act, 1877," have reported to His Excellency
the Governor that the land described in the Schedule
hereto shall be classified as pastoral land, and the
Governor has determined that the same shall be dis-
posed of upon deferred payments, as provided by
sections 76 to 86 inclusive of "The Land Act, 1877."

THE under-mentioned Rural Lands will be
Open for application, on deferred-payments, at
the Land Offices at Auckland and Gisborne,
on Monday, the 4th December, 1882; or
will be sold by public auction, for cash, at the
Land Office, at Gisborne, on Thursday, the
7th December, 1882.

Lithographic plans will be exhibited at all the
Railway-stations and Post Offices throughout the
colony, and copies can be obtained at any Land
Office.

their applications and deposits, with statutory de-
claration as required by "The Land Act, 1877,"
through the post to the Land Office at Auckland or
Gisborne, to arrive on or before Monday, the 4th
December. Envelopes should be marked "Applica-
tion for deferred-payment land,
