W E the undersigned having an estate and interest in that block of land called Whaiti Kuranui No. 5A,
containing five thousand eight hundred and eighty acres, more or less, hereby make application that
at the next sitting of the Court at Cambridge, the Court will hear and determine the value and extent of
the estate or interest held by us in the said block: And that the Court will make an Order vesting the
whole or part of the said block in us the undersigned.

request that a subdivision of this block may be heard and awarded at the sitting of the Court at Cambridge.
