STATEMENT of receipts and disbursements by,
and assets and liabilities of, the Trustees of the
Greymouth Racecourse Reserve, from the 31st March,
1881, to the 31st March, 1882 :-

liabilities, in connection with the above reserve, up to
the 31st March last.

NORTHERN DISTRICT. — No. 8771. — BETWEEN
JOSEPH HOWARD, PLAINTIFF, AND THOMAS
HENRY MABIN, DEFENDANT.
I HEREBY give notice that, under a writ of fieri
facias, duly issued out of this honorable Court in
the above action, the estate and interest of the above
named THOMAS HENRY MABIN, as owner of the fee-
simple in all that piece of land in the Provincial
District of Auckland, in the said colony, containing
eighty acres, situated in the Parish of Kaukapakapa,
in the County of Marsden, and being southern portion
of Allotment No. 77, have been taken in execution at
the suit of the above-named Plaintiff; and the same
will be sold by me, at my office, Supreme Courthouse,
Auckland, on the expiration of one calendar month
after the first publication hereof, to wit, Monday, the
sixteenth day of October next, at twelve o'clock noon,
unless the debt and costs be sooner paid; and that
Thomas Cotter, of Shortland Street, Auckland, is the
Solicitor for the Execution Creditor.

L.S.A. Lond., now residing in Auckland,
having deposited evidence of my qualifications with
the Registrar of Births, Marriages, and Deaths of
the Auckland District, this day give notice that I
intend to apply to be registered under the New Zea-
land Medical Act on the 16th day of October next.

which has for some time past been carried on
by JANE RADDON, FRANK EDWARD RADDON, and
GEORGE LEWIS RADDON, under the firm of "J.
Raddon and Sons," at the Washdyke and Opihi, in
Canterbury, as Farmers and Milkmen, has been dis-
solved as from the 8th day of June, 1882, by mutual
consent.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
which has for some time past been carried on
by JOHN STACE SMITH, the Elder, and JOHN STACE
SMITH, the Younger, under the firm of "J. Stace
Smith and Son," at Otaio, as Farmers, was on the
29th day of August instant dissolved by virtue of
the provisions of the deed of partnership.
