Vaccination Districts constituted.
JAMES PRENDERGAST,
Administrator of the Government.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in
the Governor by "The Public Health Act,
1876," I, James Prendergast, the Administrator of
the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby abolish the existing vaccination districts
known as the West Taieri, Waipori, and Gabriel's
Districts; and do declare that the territory hereto-
fore comprised within the said districts is hereby
divided anew into two vaccination districts, the
names whereof shall be the West Taieri and Ga-
briel's Districts, and the boundaries whereof shall be
coterminous with the boundaries of the marriage
districts bearing the same names as are set forth in
a Proclamation of even date herewith, made under
the provisions of "The Marriage Act, 1880."
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
tenth day of August, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-two.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the fourth section of
JAMES LINDSAY and
THOMAS WOODWALL DAVIES
to be Trustees, in place of Hamilton Newell, deceased,
and John Gilmour, resigned, to provide for the
maintenance and care of the Ngaruawahia Public
Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons ap-
pointed by warrant under the hand of His Excellency
the Governor on the twenty-first day of January,
one thousand eight hundred and eighty.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
tenth day of August, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-two.
