leases for gold-mining purposes, it is hereby notified
that it is intended to grant a lease of Crown lands
for gold-mining purposes to the applicants specified
in the annexed Schedule, unless there shall be valid
objections against such lease.

Objections to the granting of such lease, stating
the grounds of objection, must be made in writing,
and lodged with the Warden at Naseby on or
before the 9th day of August, 1882.

Copy of the application made and plan annexed
may be seen at the Warden's Office at Naseby.

Gold-Mining Lease cancelled.

IT is hereby notified that the under-mentioned gold-
mining lease, issued under "The Gold Fields
Act, 1866," has been declared cancelled, and that the
ground is now open for occupation by holders of
miners' rights and others as if no lease of the same
had ever been applied for:—

195c. The Scandinavian Water-race Company
(Registered); Section No. 14, Block II., St. Bathans,
containing 10 acres.
