Vaccination Districts constituted.

JAMES PRENDERGAST,
Administrator of the Government.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in
the Governor by "The Public Health Act,
1876," I, James Prendergast, the Administrator of
the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby abolish the existing vaccination district
known as the New Plymouth District; and do
declare that the territory heretofore comprised
within the said district is hereby divided anew into
two vaccination districts, the names whereof shall be
the Waitara and New Plymouth Districts, and the
boundaries whereof shall be coterminous with the
boundaries of the marriage districts bearing the same
names as are set forth in a Proclamation of even
date herewith, made under the provisions of "The
Marriage Act, 1880."

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
twenty-fifth day of July, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-two.

Waitakerei East and Waitakerei West Highway Dis-
tricts, in the County of Waitemata, abolished.

authorities vested in me by an Act of the Pro-
vince of Auckland intituled "The Highways Act,
1874," and by "The Abolition of Provinces Act,
1875," I, James Prendergast, the Administrator of
the Government of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby notify that I do hereby abolish the highway
districts constituted under the said "Highways Act,
1874," and named the Waitakerei East Highway
District and the Waitakerei West Highway District.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Administrator of the Government, this
twenty-seventh day of July, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-two.

temata, constituted.

UNDER and in pursuance of the powers and
authorities vested in me by an Act of the Pro-
vince of Auckland intituled "The Highways Act,
1874," and by "The Abolition of Provinces Act,
1875," I, James Prendergast, the Administrator of
the Government of the Colony of New Zealand,
hereby notify that I do hereby create that portion of
the Provincial District of Auckland described in the
Schedule hereto a new highway district, under the
said "Highways Act, 1874," by the distinctive name
of the Waitakerei West Highway District; and I de-
clare that the boundaries of the said district shall
be those described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Provincial District of Auckland,
bounded towards the North and North-west by the
Taupaki Block from the sea-coast to the north-
western corner of Section No. 1 of the Parish of
Waipareira; thence by the northern boundary of
Section No. 1 of said parish to Brigham's Creek;
thence on the East by said creek and the western
boundary of Brigham's claim to the south-western
corner of said claim and a road to the Great North

Road, and by said road to Swanson's Creek; thence
towards the South by Swanson's Creek to the Kai-
para-Puniu Railway, and by said railway and by
Section No. 10 of aforesaid parish; thence generally
towards the South-east by the south-eastern boun-
dary-lines of Sections Nos. 25, 26, 31, and 16 of the
said parish and the south-eastern boundary of Section
No. 9 of the Parish of Waitakerei to the Waitakerei
River; thence by that river, the southern boundary-
lines of Section No. 8 of aforesaid parish, and of the
Waitakerei Native Reserve, to the sea; and towards
the West by the sea to the point of commencement:
as the same is delineated on the plans deposited in
the Survey Office, Auckland.

the Provincial District of Auckland described in the
Schedule hereto a new highway district, under the
said "Highways Act, 1874," by the distinctive name
of the Waitakerei East Highway District; and I

be those described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Provincial District of Auckland,
bounded towards the North-west by the Waitakerei
West Highway District, and by Swanson's Creek
and Taikata Creek to Waitemata Harbour; towards
the East by said harbour; towards the South-
east by Sections Nos. 90, 14, 4, 6, 7, 8, and 10
of the Parish of Waikomiti; thence by a right
line to the most northerly corner of Section No.
93 of the Parish of Waitakerei, by said section,
and by Section No. 94 of said parish, and by Sections
Nos. 36, 74, 73, 37, 38, 41, 42, 43, 44, and 82 of the
Parish of Karangahape to the sea; towards the
West by the sea to the point of commencement: as
the same is delineated on the plans deposited in the
Survey Office, Auckland.
