NATIVE LAND COURT ACT, 1880.
Notice of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons
whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several
blocks of land of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of
which are published in the third column will be investigated at Helensville, Kaipara, on the 11th day
of August next, and following days.

The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen at the Courthouse of the Resident
Magistrate, at Helensville.

Name of Claimant. Name and Locality of Block. Boundaries.
Matitikuha Waimanu, near Kaihu, Kaipara Commence at the stream of Te Topuni, as far as Wharepake, turn, proceed eastward, arrive at the stream of Te Rewarewa, and along the stream of Maeneene, Waimanu, strike the line of Ngahokowhitu, and close up to Te Karihi.
Hemana Whiti and Matiu Tu- turua Panetiki, near Te Awa- roa, Kaipara Commence at the stream of Te Tauhoa, proceed westward, turn to the South, and descend again into the stream of Te Tauhoa.
Te Hakuene Ratu Raratawa, near Muriwai, Kaipara The western side is at the Muriwai Stream; on the South is the boundary of Taupaki; on the East the boundary of Kuhukuri, and on the North the boundary of Muriwai.
Eru Tahere, Erueti Kahi, and Wiremu Hohepa Puketutu, near Orua- wharo Commence at the line of Oruawharo, Puarewa, Hauhunganui, Pararaurekau, Paritu, Te Mata, turn, and descend to the Hotoe waters, proceed southward, Puketutu, Paiakarahi, Waihio, Te Akitu, turn westward, Mangawhara, Tauka- wau, Puwhere, Te Waiwhakakanohi, Ngatoka, strike the line of Hoteo, turn northward, Kikitangiao, Te Hikuwai, Owhanaki, Rapaa- teuira, and join up to Puarewa, the starting point.
