Land Transfer Act Notices.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of
land hereinafter described will be brought under
the provisions of "The Land Transfer Act, 1870,"
unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same in each
case on or before the 31st day of July next.

1909. GEORGE WORRALL. - Part of Allot-
      ment 7 of Section 21, City of Auckland. In occupa-
      tion of William Moselen, Mrs. Smith, Powell, and
      others.

1910. JOHN SCOTT. - Allotments 87 and 88,
      Parish of Manurewa, containing 315 acres 1 rood
      6 perches. In Applicant's occupation.
