ARTHUR GORDON, Governor.
WHEREAS by "The Licensing Act, 1881," it is
enacted that the Governor shall from time to
time appoint such person as he may think fit to be
Clerk to the Licensing Committee of any one or more
districts, and any such Clerk may be removed from
office by the Governor:
Now, therefore, I, the Governor of the Colony of
New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of every
power and authority vested in me in this behalf, do
hereby appoint the persons named in the Schedule
hereto to be Clerks to the Licensing Committees for
the Licensing Districts set opposite their names
respectively, during pleasure.
