WAIROA.

Bounded towards the North-east by the Waikare-
moana Native Licensing District, hereinbefore de-
scribed; thence towards the North-west by the
Whakatane County to its southernmost angle; thence
towards the South-west by right line to the source
of the Te Hoe River; thence by the said Te Hoe
River to its junction with the Mohaka River; thence
by the said Mohaka River to the 39th parallel;
thence towards the South by the 39th parallel
easterly to the Waihua River; thence again towards
the South-west by that river to the ocean; and
thence again towards the South by the ocean to the
mouth of the Wairoa River to the starting point.

MOHAKA.

Bounded towards the North-east, North, and
again towards the North-east by the Wairoa Native
Licensing District, hereinbefore described; thence
towards the South-east by the ocean; towards the
South-west, West, and again towards the South-west
by the Hawke's Bay County; and thence towards
the North-west by the East Taupo County to the
westernmost angle of the Wairoa Native Licensing
District to the place of commencement.

Extending Time for Preparation of County Rolls,
County of Waimate.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House, at Wellington, this
nineteenth day of June, 1882.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

HEREAS it has been made to appear that
certain things required to be done by "The
Counties Act, 1876," in connection with the making
and revision of the county roll of the County of
Waimate cannot be done by or within the times re-
quired by the said Act:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of
the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise of the power
and authority vested in him by the two hundred and
eleventh section of the said Act, and by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said colony, doth hereby extend the time for the
doing of the said things in connection with the
county roll of the said County of Waimate, and doth
declare that the time for the doing of such several
things shall be those which are specified in the
Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

  1. For the preparation of the county roll: On or
    before the 15th May, 1882.
  2. Roll shall be open for inspection: From the
    20th May, 1882, until the 15th June, 1882.
  3. Objections to roll received: Until the 17th
    June, 1882.
  4. Day appointed for revision of roll: Some day
    on or after the 19th June, 1882; but Revision Court
    shall not sit after the 10th July, 1882.
  5. Roll shall come into force: On the 1st August,
