HAVING considered the application of Rora Poneke and another in this behalf, dated the 18th day of
March, and received by me on the 22nd day of March, for the rehearing of a claim to the block of
land called Te Kuha and Te Whakahoro, in the District of Napier, which was decided by the Native Land
Court at Napier, on the 27th day of January, 1882, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me
by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.

tae mai nei ki ahau i te 22 o nga ra o Maehe, i whakawakia taua whenua e te Kooti Whenua Maori ki
Nepia, i te 27 o nga ra o Hanuere, 1882, a i runga i te mana kua homai nei ki ahau e te "Ture Kooti
Whenua Maori, 1880," ka whakakorea e ahau taua tono.
