ON consideration of the application of Kamariera Heretaunga and others in this behalf, dated the 28th
day of December, 1881, and received by me on the 26th of January, 1882, I hereby, in pursuance of
the authority given to me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," order that the claim to the block of
land called Paeroa East, in the District of Bay of Plenty, which was decided by the Native Land Court at
Whakatane, on the 21st day of October last, shall be reheard by the said Court at Whakatane aforesaid on
the 22nd day of September, 1882.

nga ra o Tihema, 1881, i tae mai nei ki ahau i te 26 o nga ra o Hanuere, 1882, i runga hoki i te mana
kua homai nei ki ahau i roto i "Te Ture Kooti Whenua Maori, 1880," ka whakahaua e ahau ko te tono mo
tetahi piihi whenua ko Paeroa ki te Rawhiti, te ingoa, kei te takiwa o Pei o Pereti, i whakawakia e te
Kooti Whenua Maori ki Whakatane, i te 21 o nga ra o Oketopa, 1881, me whakawa hou ano i te aroaro
o taua Kooti ki Whakatane ano, a te 22 o nga ra o Hepetema, 1882.

ON consideration of the application of Hotene Porourangi and others in this behalf, received by me on
the 9th instant, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me by "The Native Land Court Act,
1880," order that the claim to the block of land called Puketauhinu, in the District of Bay of Plenty,
which was decided by the Native Land Court at Opotiki, on the 8th day of December last, shall be reheard
by the said Court at Opotiki aforesaid, on the 15th day of September, 1882.
