Mining Notices.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register New Zealand Gold-Mining Com-
pany (Limited) as a Limited Company under the pro-
visions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is the New Zealand Gold-
    Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of intended operations is at Boatman's, County
    of Inangahua, New Zealand.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be in Broadway,
    Reefton, in the county and colony aforesaid.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is twenty-four thou-
    sand pounds, in twenty-four thousand shares of one pound each,
    ten shillings of which is considered as paid-up capital.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-four thou-
    sand, being the entire number of shares in the Company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount of capital considered as paid up is twelve
    thousand pounds.
