    Creek Gold-Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of intended operations is Lankey's Creek, Reef-
    ton, County of Inangahua.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Broadway, Reefton, in the County of Inangahua.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is twenty-four
    thousand pounds, in twenty-four thousand shares of one pound
    each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-four thou-
    sand, being the entire number of shares in the Company.
  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
  7. The amount of capital considered to be paid up is twelve
    thousand pounds.
  8. The name of the Manager is William Hindmarsh.

    the ground of the Southern Cross Gold-Mining Company,
    Boatman's Creek, County of Inangahua, Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The registered office of the Company will be in Broadway,
    Reefton, in the county and colony aforesaid.

  4. The nominal capital of the Company is twenty-four
    thousand pounds, in twenty-four thousand shares of one pound
    each.

  5. The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-four
    thousand, being the entire number of shares in the Company.

  6. The number of paid-up shares is nil.
