Creek Gold-Mining Company (Limited). - The place of intended operations is Lankey's Creek, Reef-
ton, County of Inangahua. - The registered office of the Company will be situated at
Broadway, Reefton, in the County of Inangahua. - The nominal capital of the Company is twenty-four
thousand pounds, in twenty-four thousand shares of one pound
each. - The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-four thou-
sand, being the entire number of shares in the Company. - The number of paid-up shares is nil.
- The amount of capital considered to be paid up is twelve
thousand pounds. - The name of the Manager is William Hindmarsh.
