Trustee appointed for Manutahi Cemetery.

ARTHUR GORDON, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the fourth section of
"The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I, Arthur
Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of the Colony of
New Zealand, do hereby appoint

PETER CAMPBELL, Esquire,

to be a Trustee, in place of Thomas Bayly, who has
left the district, to provide for the maintenance and
care of the Manutahi Public Cemetery, in con-
junction with the other persons appointed by
warrant under the hand of His Excellency the
Governor on the nineteenth day of August, one
thousand eight hundred and seventy-eight.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this fourth day of May, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-two.

Public Cemetery.

ARTHUR GORDON, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and au-
thorities vested in me by the second section
of "The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I,
Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the
several persons whose names are specified in the first
column of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to
provide for the maintenance and care of the public
cemetery specified in the second column of the said
Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

Magnus Neilson. EKETAHUNA.
Anders Olson. All that parcel of land in the Pro-
Nis Lund. vincial District of Wellington, containing
Bernt Syversen. by admeasurement 9 acres and 3 perches,
Thomas Baleys. more or less, being part of Section
No. 40, Block VI., Mangaone Reserve.
Bounded towards the North-west by
Sections Nos. 14 and 15, Eketahuna,
1900 links; towards the East by other
portion of Section No. 40, 1319 links;
and towards the South by a road-line,
1367 links: be all the aforesaid linkages
more or less.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this sixth day of May, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-two.

Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and
authorities vested in me by the second section
of "The Cemeteries Management Act, 1877," I,
Arthur Hamilton Gordon, the Governor of the
Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several
persons whose names are specified in the first column
of the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for
the maintenance and care of the public cemetery
specified in the second column of the said Schedule.

cliffe. No. 3, on the plan of the Land
Thomas Thomason. District of Nelson, and bounded as
follows: On the Northward, 107 links,
by a public road; on the Eastward and
Southward by the Waiwhero Stream;
and on the Westward, 845 links, by the
other part of Section No. 42.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the
Governor, this fourth day of May, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-two.
