MERCURY BAY SAW-MILL COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that the following Special
Resolution of the Mercury Bay Saw-mill
Company (Limited) was passed at a meeting of the
Shareholders of the Company held on the 3rd day of
March, 1882, and confirmed at a subsequent meeting
held on the 25th day of April, 1882 :-
Special Resolution.
"That the Mercury Bay Saw-mill Company
(Limited) be wound up voluntarily."

In the matter of "The Leases and Sales of Settled
Estates Act, 1865," and "The Leases and Sales of
Settled Estates Act 1865 Amendment Act, 1879;"
and
In the matter of all that piece or parcel of land
containing one rood and twenty-six perches, more
or less, situate in and being part of the Section
numbered 553 on the plan of the City of Wel-
lington. Bounded on the North, two hundred
(200) links, by Hawkestone Street; on the South,
two hundred (200) links, by other parts of the
same section; and on the East and West by the
adjoining sections respectively, two hundred and
seven (207) links and two hundred and seven
(207) links; and
In the matter of the petition of ALFRED DE BATHE
BRANDON, of the City of Wellington, Esquire, and
WILLIAM EDWARD STANLEY HICKSON, of the same
place, Commission Agent, filed herein.
NOTICE is hereby given that ALFRED DE BATHE
BRANDON, of Wellington, Esquire, and WIL-
LIAM EDWARD STANLEY HICKSON, of the same place,
Commission Agent, have presented a petition in the
above matters, praying that the said lands and here-
ditaments, being part of Section numbered 553 on
the plan of the City of Wellington, may be sold
under the direction of this Supreme Court, and that
all proper inquiries may be made and directions given
for effecting such purpose; and that the cost of and
incident to such petition may be provided for; or
that such other order may be made in the premises
as to this Supreme Court shall seem meet; and it is
intended to apply to the said Court for an order in
accordance with such prayer, on the 6th day of June,
1882.

Between ALEXANDER FARMER, Plaintiff, and F. W.
RUCK, Defendant.
I, HERBERT S. WARDELL, Sheriff of Wairarapa,
hereby give notice that, by virtue of a writ of
fieri facias, to me directed, I have taken in execution,
at the suit of the Execution Creditor, all the interest
of the above-named Defendant in that piece of land
containing a quarter of an acre, more or less, being
the Allotment No. 2, part of Section 17, Masterton
Small-Farm Settlement, being the fee-simple, subject
to a mortgage and further charge to secure the sum
of Β£260 and interest; and that I will sell, or cause
the same to be sold, by public auction, on Friday, the
21st day of April, 1882, at noon, at the Resident
Magistrate's Courthouse at Masterton, unless the
sum of Β£33 4s. 7d., together with interest and all
costs and charges, are sooner paid.
And I further give notice that William Fitzgerald,
Esq., of Wellington, is the Solicitor for the Execution
Creditor.
Given under my hand at Featherston, this 6th day
of March, 1882.
