PATENT for the Improvement and in the Use and
Destruction of Rabbits or other Animals in their
Burrows.

JAMES FORSYTH, of Dunedin, Engineer, has de-
posited at this office a specification of the said inven-
tion; and I have appointed Friday, the 7th day of
July next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon, at this office,
to hear the said application and all objections thereto;
and I require all persons having an interest in opposing
the grant of such Letters Patent to leave, on or before
the 3rd day of July next, at this office, particulars in
writing of their objections to the said application,
otherwise they will be precluded from urging the
same.

NOTICE is hereby given that ALICE AGNES
ROW and LUCY EMMA ROW, both of
Christchurch, Spinsters, claiming as Devisees under
the will and codicil of JAMES Row, late of Christ-
church, Esquire, deceased, have applied to be regis-
tered as Proprietors of part of Lot 77, Christchurch
Town Reserves, containing 24 perches, comprised in
certificate of title, Vol. xxxviii., folio 110; and that
they will be so registered, unless caveat forbidding

"The Land Transfer Act, 1870," applied to be regis-
tered as Proprietor of an estate in fee-simple in
Sections numbered respectively 168 and 169 on the
plan of Renwicktown aforesaid, comprised in certifi-
cate of title, Vol. ii., folio 36; and he will be so
registered as such proprietor as aforesaid, unless
caveat be lodged at this office forbidding the same
within one calendar month from the date of the
Gazette containing this notice.
