Hamilton.—Bounded towards the North-east by the middle of the Waikato River, from a point in line with the southern boundary of Allotment No. 110, Parish of Horotiu, to a point opposite the mouth of Mystery Creek; thence towards the South-east to and by said creek to the eastern side of the road which forms the western boundary of Allotment No. 312A; thence by Allotment No. 312A aforesaid, Allotments Nos. 312 and 311, a road, and Allotment No. 308, Parish of Te Rapa; thence crossing a road and along the western side of said road to the middle of the road which forms the northern boundary of Allotment No 301, Parish of Ngaroto; thence towards the South by the middle of the road which forms the northern boundaries of Allotment No. 301 aforesaid, Allotments Nos. 314, 315, 316, 317, and 333; again towards the East by last-mentioned lot, Lots Nos. 334, 335, 336, 337, 338, 339, and 340, Parish of Ngaroto aforesaid; again towards the South by Allotments Nos. 381 and 382, a road, Allotments Nos. 364 and 363, a road, Allotments Nos. 362 and 359, a road, Allotments Nos. 358 and 119, Parish of Ngaroto, to Heather’s Creek, Mangao-tama; thence along the left bank of that creek to the Waipa River; again towards the East by the centre of said river until its junction with the Punui River; towards the South by the confiscation bound-

ary-line to Mount Pirongia; towards the South-west by a line from Mount Pirongia aforesaid to Mount Tahanui; and thence by a line to the summit of the Teriki Range, where the Native track crosses the said range; thence by a right line to the source of the Waitetuna River; thence towards the North-west by the north-western boundary of the Karamu Highway District; towards the North by the Parish of Waipa to the Waipa River; thence again towards the East by the Newcastle Licensing District; again towards the South, West, South-west, and North-west by said district to the place of commencement.

Mangapiko.—Bounded towards the North by the Hamilton Licensing District to the north-east corner of Lot No. 381, Parish of Ngaroto; thence by a line bounding the Rangiaohia Highway District in a south by west direction to the Alexandra and Ohaupo Road; thence by a line bounding the Rangiaohia Highway District in a south by east direction to Lake Ngaroto; thence along the western, southern, and part of the eastern shores of said lake; and thence in a southerly direction by lines bounding the Rangiaohia Highway District to the Puniu River; thence along the north bank of said river to its junction with the Waipa River; thence along the eastern bank of the Waipa River to Heather’s Creek, the place of commencement.

Rangiaohia.—Bounded towards the North-east by the Hamilton Licensing District and the Parish of Ngaroto; towards the South-east by the said parish; again towards the North-east by the Parish of Puniu to the north-eastern corner of Lot No. 158 of the said parish; again towards the South-east by the centre of the road which forms the south-eastern boundary of Lot No. 158 aforesaid; thence by centre of last-named road to the north-eastern angle of Lot No. 31; thence by south-eastern boundary of said lot and by the south-eastern boundaries of Allotments Nos. 32, 55A, and 55, the crossing of a road 100 links wide, and by the eastern boundaries of Allotments Nos. 110, 107, 106, 105, 104, 103, 102, and 101, by the crossing of another road of width aforesaid, and by the south-eastern boundary of Lot No. 121 to the Puniu River; towards the South-west by the said river from the south-eastern angle of Allotment No. 121 of the Parish of Puniu last named to its confluence with the Ruapaha Creek; thence towards the West and North-west by the Mangapiko Licensing District and the Hamilton Licensing District to the place of commencement.

Pukekura.—Bounded towards the North-west by the Hamilton Licensing District; towards the North-east by the Waikato River; towards the South-east by West Taupo County; and towards the South-west and North-west by the Rangiaohia Licensing District.

Raglan.—Bounded towards the North and West by the Whaingaroa Harbour, from Ohira Creek to the eastern boundary of Te Akau Block; towards the West by the said eastern boundary to the north-western corner of Section No. 59; again towards the North by a line forming the northern boundary of aforesaid section; again towards the West and North by lines forming the western and northern boundaries of Section No. 56 to an estuary of the Whaingaroa Harbour; thence across and along the eastern bank of the said estuary to the north-western corner of Section No. 33; thence by a line forming the northern boundary of the said section; again towards the West by a line forming the western boundary of Section No. 72; towards the South and again towards the West and North by lines forming the southern, western, and northern boundaries of Section No. 71; again towards the West by lines forming the western boundaries of Sections Nos. 73 and 74; towards the
