APPLICATION having been made to me to
register a certain dealing affecting Rural Section
No. 16258, in the District of Christchurch, whereof
THOMAS PEPPERILL and JAMES PEPPERILL
are Proprietors, and a statutory declaration of the
loss of the license to occupy the said section having
been lodged with me, I hereby give notice that I
shall register such dealing at the expiration of
fourteen days after the date of the Gazette containing
this notice, unless caveat forbidding registration be
lodged in the meantime.
