APPLICATION having been made to register a
certain dealing affecting Rural Sections num-
bered 19093, 21003, 21004, 21006, 31955, 34389,
34464, 34465, 34466, 34467, 34468, 34469, and 34996,
in the District of Ashley, and Provincial District of
Canterbury, and a declaration having been lodged
with me of the loss of the licenses to occupy the
said sections, I hereby give notice that I shall register
such dealing at the expiration of fourteen days after
the date of the Gazette containing this notice, unless
caveat be lodged in the meantime.

DORNWELL, formerly of Auckland, but now of Dun-
edin, Butcher, to herself, affecting all that piece or
parcel of land situated in the City of Auckland,
being Lot 8 of Subsection No. 4 of Section 13 of
the said city, and a declaration having been filed
with me that the original lease from the Auckland
Improvement Commissioners to the said Albert
Dornwell has been lost, notice is hereby given that
I will dispense with the production of such lease,
unless caveat be lodged at this office on or before the
22nd day of April next.
