PATENT for a Suspender, known as “The Paragon Suspender.”
Walter Greenfields, of Auckland, New Zealand, has deposited at this office a specification of the said invention; and I have appointed Friday, the 9th day of June next, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, at this office, to hear the said application and all objections thereto; and I require all persons having an interest in opposing the grant of such Letters Patent to leave, on or before the 5th day of June next, at this office, particulars in writing of their objections to the said application, otherwise they will be precluded from urging the same.

School Site appropriated under “The Education Reserves Act, 1877.”
In exercise of the powers and authorities vested in them by “The Education Reserves Act, 1877,” the School Commissioners for the Canterbury Provincial District have, by resolution dated the 14th March, 1882, appropriated and set apart the parcel of land hereinafter described as a site for a public school.

Five acres, more or less, in the Waitaki Survey District, Provincial District of Canterbury, being part of Reserve No. 1129 (in red). Bounded—Southernward by the road forming the southern boundary of the said reserve, 700 links; Eastward by a line at right angles thereto 714 links in length, and drawn from a point thereon 2426 links distant from the eastern boundary of the said reserve; and Northward and Westward by lines parallel to the southern and eastern boundaries.
