IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND.-
CANTERBURY DISTRICT.
Between JOHN BOYES, Plaintiff, and CHARLES HEN-
DERSON CLARKE and ANNIE CLARKE, Wife of the
said Charles Henderson Clarke, Defendants.
NOTICE is hereby given that, under a writ of fieri
facias, duly issued herein, out of the Supreme
Court of New Zealand, Canterbury District, against
the real and personal estate of the above-named
Defendants, at the suit of the above-named Plaintiff,
all the estate and interest of the above-named Defen-
dant, Annie Clarke (comprising her estate in fee-
simple in possession for her separate use, subject to
mortgage, number 10591, to Herbert and Walter
Chamberlain, of Birmingham, England, to secure
£250 and interest), in all that piece of land situate
in the County of Waimate, containing 3 roods, be
the same a little more or less, being Lots marked
251, 252, and the south-western moiety of Lots
marked 253 and 254 on a private plan No. 352, cer-
tificate of title, Vol. Ixi., folio 120, together with erec-
tions thereon, has been taken in execution at the
suit of the said John Boyes, the Execution Creditor;
and that it is intended to cause the same to be sold
by public auction, by Mr. Moss Jonas, at his auction-
rooms, in the Town of Timaru, on Monday, the 17th
day of April next, at 2 p.m., unless the judgment
debt and the cost and expenses of and incidental to
this execution be previously paid and satisfied; and
that the aforesaid sale is advertised under the
authority of Joseph Beswick, Esq, Sheriff of the
District of Timaru.

BLUFF HARBOUR BOARD.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Bluff Harbour
Board, under the provisions of "The Public
Works Act, 1876," "The Public Works Act 1876
Amendment Act, 1878," "The Harbours Act, 1878,"
"The Public Works Act, 1879," and "The Public
Works Act, 1880," require to take the lands described
in the Schedule hereto, for the purpose of certain
works proposed to be executed, namely, a reservoir
and waterworks, with pipes leading thereto and there-
from; and that a plan of the said lands so required
to be taken is deposited at the Harbour Board's
Office, Invercargill, and is there open for inspection
between the hours of 10 o'clock a.m. and 3 o'clock p.m.
And notice is also hereby given that all persons
affected by the taking of the said lands shall, if they
have any well-grounded objections to the taking of
the said lands, set forth the same in writing within
forty days from the first publication of this notice,
addressed to the Chairman of the said Bluff Harbour
Board, Invercargill.

Hundred, and situated 3762-3 links distant and on a
bearing of 228° 5' from the south-east corner of the
Town of Campbelltown; thence 259.5 links, at a
bearing of 86° 22'; thence 498 5 links, at a bearing
of 176° 2'; thence 842.7 links, at a bearing of 261°
28'; thence 603-2 links, at a bearing of 16° 22';
thence 370-9 links, at a bearing of 86° 22', to the
point of commencement.

HUNUA HIGHWAY DISTRICT.
NOTICE.
THE Hunua District Road Board hereby give
notice that, under "The Public Works Act,
1876," the said Board intend to take certain lands
in the said Hunua Highway District, that is to say,
parts of Allotments fifteen, seventeen, twenty-four,
and twenty-five, in the Parish of Hunua, in the said
district, for the purpose of making new roads; and
that the said Board have caused a plan to be pre-
pared showing generally the nature of the said
works proposed to be executed and the lands re-
quired to be taken for the same, together with the
names of the owners and occupiers of the said lands
respectively, so far as they can be ascertained; and
that such plans are now deposited at the Hunua
District Schoolhouse, and are open for inspection by
all persons at all reasonable hours; and all persons
affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing
any well-grounded objections to the execution of
such works or to the taking of such lands, and to
send such writing to the said Road Board within
forty days from the first publication of this notice.

HUNUA HIGHWAY DISTRICT.
NOTICE.
THE Hunua District Road Board hereby give
notice that, under "The Public Works Act,
1876," the said Board intend to stop the road or
certain portions of the road in the said Hunua
Highway District running through and over Allot-
ments fifteen, seventeen, twenty-four, twenty-five,
fifty-nine, and eighty-eight, of the Parish of Hunua,
as the said road as it is intended to be stopped is
more particularly shown on the plans hereinafter
mentioned. The said Board have caused a plan to
be prepared of the said road, or portion thereof,
proposed to be stopped, and a survey made and a
plan prepared of the new road to be made, showing
the lands through which they pass, and the owners
and occupiers of such lands so far as known; and
the said plans are now deposited, and will be open to
public inspection, at the Hunua District Schoolhouse
during twelve consecutive weeks from the publica-
tion hereof.
