OTICE is hereby given that Messrs. HESKETH
AND RICHMOND, of Auckland, in the Colony of
New Zealand, Solicitors, have applied, on behalf of
ELIZA H. LINDEMAN, of Cawarra, in the Colony of
New South Wales, Widow, trading as "H. J. Linde-
man," to register, under "The Trade Marks Act,
1866," the trade mark of which the following is a
description, viz. :-
Description of Trade Mark.
A white label, with gilt lettering. In the centre a
shield bearing the arms of the Colony of New South
Wales, surmounted by an aureola; on one side of the
shield an emu, and on the other a kangaroo; under-
neath, on a scroll, the words "Advance Australia."
On either side of the shield facsimiles of a medal
bearing on one side the words "1862 Londini-
Honoris Causa," underneath the medals the words
"First Growth." Over the above design the words
"Australian Hock," and underneath it the words
"H. J. Lindeman, Cawarra, N.S. Wales."
Nature of the Article to which it is intended such
Trade Mark shall apply.

under "The Trade Marks Act, 1866," the trade
mark of which the following is a description, viz. :-
Description of Trade Mark.
The representation of a heart, within which is the
name "Goodall," in two parts, thus: "Good" above
and "all" beneath, under which is the representation
of what in playing-cards is called a club, a spade, and
a diamond. At the bottom are two oblong spaces,
