o Hanuere, 1882, te whakarangona ai nga tono a nga tangata e mau nei o ratou ingoa ki te rarangi
tuatahi o te Kupu Apiti e mau ake i raro iho nei, kia whakaturia ratou hei Kaitiaki mo nga tamariki e mau
nei o ratou ingoa ki te rarangi tuarua, i roto i nga piihi whenua e mau nei nga ingoa ki te rarangi tuatoru.

ON consideration of the application of Hirini Hareone in this behalf, dated the 18th day of May, 1881,
and received by me on the 26th day of May, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to
me by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," order that the claim for the subdivision of a block of land
called Okirau, in the District of Poverty Bay, which was decided by the Native Land Court at Gisborne
on the 5th day of May, 1881, shall be reheard by the said Court at Gisborne on the 30th day of January,
1882.

nga tikanga o "Te Ture Kooti Whenua Maori, 1880," ka whakahaua e ahau ko te tono wehewehe mo
tetahi piihi whenua ko Okirau te ingoa, kei te takiwa o Papati Pei, i whakawakia e te Kooti Whenua Maori
ki Turanganui, i te 5 nga ra o Mei, 1881, me whakawa hou ano i te aroaro o taua Kooti ki Turanganui ano,
a te 30 o nga ra o Hanuere, 1882.

ON consideration of the application of Te Otene Pitau in this behalf, dated the 21st day of April, 1881,
and received by me on the 27th day of April, 1881, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to
me by "The Native Land Court, 1880," order that the claim to the block of land called Waiheru, in the
District of Poverty Bay, which was decided by the Native Land Court at Gisborne on the 19th day of
April last, shall be reheard by the said Court at Gisborne aforesaid on the 30th day of January, 1882.
