DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

I,
COLIN MCKENZIE GORDON, Sheriff of the District
of Otago, hereby give notice that, under a writ
of fieri facias, duly issued out of the Supreme Court
of New Zealand, Otago and Southland District, at
Dunedin, in an action, Number 5160, wherein JAMES
SMITH, of Greenfield Station, near Lawrence, in the
Provincial District of Otago, Farmer, is Plaintiff, and
ANDREW MCLAREN, of Tokomairiro, in the said
Provincial District of Otago, is Defendant, I have
taken in execution, at suit of the said James Smith,
the Execution Creditor, the estate in fee-simple of
the said Andrew McLaren in all those two several
parcels of land forming part of Government Sec-
tion number one hundred and thirty-two (132),
Block sixteen (XVI.), on the record map of the
Tokomairiro District, in the Provincial District of
Otago, and being Sections numbered respectively
ninety-seven (97) and ninety-eight (98), Block ten
(X.), on the plan of subdivision by Peter McGill of
the Township of Milton, deposited with the Registrar
of Deeds for the said Provincial District of Otago,
which said two several parcels of land have a frontage
to the Main South Road of one hundred links with a
depth to Manor Street of five hundred links; and are
bounded on the South-east by the said Main South
Road; on the North-east by Alfred Street; on the
North-west by Manor Street; and on the South-west
by Section numbered ninety-six on the said plan of
subdivision.

And I further give notice that I intend to cause
the said estate in fee-simple of the said Andrew
McLaren to be sold by public auction, by Mr.
Montagu Pym, at his rooms, High Street, Dunedin,
on Monday, the twentieth day of March, one thou-
sand eight hundred and eighty-two, at two o'clock in
the afternoon, unless the debt, interest, and costs
payable by virtue of the said judgment be sooner
paid.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership
herefore subsisting between the undersigned, at
Farmers, at Annandale, Pigeon Bay, has this day
been dissolved by mutual consent.

The business will in future be carried on by the
undersigned, James Hay and Thomas Orr Hay,
alone.
