NOTICE is hereby given that the claims advertized on the 28th day of August, 1882, to be heard at
Maketu, Bay of Plenty, on the 5th day of October, 1882, the hearing of which was postponed, will be
adjudicated upon at the place aforenamed on the 2nd day of February, 1883.

NATIVE LAND COURT ACT, 1880.
Notice of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.
NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons
whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several
blocks of land of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of
which are published in the third column will be investigated at Maketu, Bay of Plenty, on the 2nd day
of February, 1883, and following days.

The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed can be seen at the Courthouse of the Resident
Magistrate, at Maketu.

Okaha Ta Heruiwi, near
Maketu
Commence at Otanewainuku Station, proceed
eastward along the principal boundary line of
Te Puke Block, Mangati, and strike the peg at
Rarawaru, turn southward, Otaikohe, proceed
along the boundary of Heruiwi, Manurewa,
turn westward, Te Kahotia, strike Tumatapaua,
turn, proceed along the boundary of Mango-
rewa Kaharoa Block, turn northward, Tuku-
oneone, turn eastward, and close up at Otane-
wainuku Station, where it ends.
