and in the matter of the Dunedin, Peninsula,
and Ocean Beach Railway Company (Limited).
To the Shareholders of the Dunedin, Peninsula, and
Ocean Beach Railway Company (Limited).
NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary
General Meeting of the Shareholders of the
above-named Company will be held at the Company's
office, Dowling Street, Dunedin, on Monday, the 15th
day of January, 1883, at the hour of 3 o'clock in the
afternoon, for the purpose of confirming the following
resolution passed at an extraordinary meeting of the
Shareholders of the said Company held on the
4th day of December, 1882: "That the Dunedin,
Peninsula, and Ocean Beach Railway Company
(Limited) be wound up voluntarily under the pro-
visions of 'The Joint-Stock Companies Act, 1860.'"

in Surgery, Edinburgh now residing in Clinton,
in the Provincial District of Otago, hereby give you
notice that it is my intention to apply to you, on the
17th day of January, 1883, to have my name placed
on the Medical Register for the Colony of New
Zealand; and that I have deposited my diplomas for
public inspection with the Registrar of Births,
Deaths, and Marriages, Dunedin, in terms of sec-
tion 14 of "The Medical Practitioners Act, 1869."

by FELIX MCGUIRE, Of Hawera, Commission Agent,
EDWARD OLDHAM CRAWFORD, of the same place,
Brewer, WILLOUGHBY JOHN BARLEYMAN, of the
same place, Brewer, under the firm of "Crawford
and Company," at Hawera, in the Provincial District
of Taranaki, in the trade or business of Brewers,
was this day dissolved by mutual consent.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership here-
tofore subsisting between us, as Newspaper
Proprietors and General Printers, at Hawera, in the
Provincial District of Taranaki and Colony of New
Zealand, has been dissolved as from the fourteenth
day of December, 1882, and that all amounts owing
to the firm will be received, and all legal debts of the
firm paid, by Inness and Company, whose discharge
alone will be effectual.

I, COLIN MCKENZIE GORDON, Sheriff of the Dis-
trict of Otago, do hereby give notice that,
under a writ of fieri facias, duly issued out of the
Supreme Court of New Zealand, Otago and South-
land District, at the suit of the COLONIAL BANK OF
NEW ZEALAND, of Dunedin, in the Provincial District
of Otago, Bankers, I have taken in execution the
fee-simple of W. Z. KERLE, late of Otemate, in the
Provincial District of Otago, Engineer, but now of
Cootamundra, in the Colony of New South Wales,
in all that parcel of land, containing one acre and
two roods, more or less, being Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 10,
and 11, Block I., Township of Clinton, in the Pro-
vincial District of Otago, being land described and
comprised in Register-book, Vol. xlix, folio 239;
and I hereby also give notice that I intend to cause
the said land to be sold at the auction-rooms of
Messrs Bastings, Leary, and Co., in the City of
Dunedin, on Tuesday, the twenty-third day of
January next, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, unless
the debts and costs be sooner paid.
The Solicitors for the Execution Creditor are
Messrs. Haggitt Brothers and Brent, of High Street,
in the said City of Dunedin.
