THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

1887

WE, the undersigned HENRY MONTEITH and
JAMES MENZIES MACDONALD, both of Napier,
in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay and
Colony of New Zealand, heretofore carrying on
business in copartnership as Auctioneers, Land
Estate and Commission Agents, and Livery Stable-
keepers, under the style or firm of "H. Monteith
and Co.," at Napier aforesaid, have this day mutually
agreed to dissolve partnership.

The business will in future be carried on by the
said Henry Monteith, in his own name, who will
take over all the assets and liabilities of the said
firm, and receive and pay all debts owing to or by
the said firm.

As witness our hands, this 4th day of December,
1882.

Risk, "That the Liquidators' report and balance-
sheet be adopted; that the balance to the credit of
the Company be divided pro rata among the Share-
holders; and that the Company be now considered
wound up."-Carried.

of Surgeons of England, now residing in Auck-
land, hereby give notice of my intention to apply, on
the 1st January, 1883, to the Registrar-General
(with whom I have deposited evidence of qualifica-

tion Act, 1869."
