Matter in respect of which Fee is Payable.

  • Matters in the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, or District Court.
    • On entering, filing, lodging, issuing, or sealing any document, whether with seal of Court or of Registrar or Clerk of Court, or the signing of same by Judge or other officer of Court
      • Document to which the Stamp taken in Payment of the Fee is to be affixed.
      • On the document, if retained in Court,
      • or on copy of same retained in Court; otherwise on the præcipe left with Court.
