HAVING considered the application of Pekama Titari and others in this behalf, dated the 7th day
of April, 1882, and received by me on the 21st day of June, 1882, for the rehearing of a claim to the
block of land called Mangatawai, in the District of Bay of Islands, which was decided by the Native Land
Court at Ohaeawai, on the 5th day of April, 1882, I hereby, in pursuance of the authority given to me
by "The Native Land Court Act, 1880," dismiss the same.

Notice of Time and Place for Inspecting Plan after Interlocutory Order.
TAUMANUKA Nos. 1A, 2, AND 3 BLOCKS.
WHEREAS at a Court held at Otaki on the 29th day of October, 1879, and following days an order was
made respecting the aforesaid block of land, that the names of Mohi Heremia and others should
be registered as the owners thereof, and that a certificate of their title thereto should be made and issued
when a proper survey should be made: Now notice is hereby given that the plan of such survey will
be deposited for inspection at the Courthouse Otaki, on the 22nd day of November, 1882, and fourteen
following days.
