Otago Rabbit Districts constituted.----Notice No. 112.

ARTHUR GORDON, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this
seventeenth day of January, 1882.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN exercise of the powers vested in me by "The
Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1881," I, Arthur Hamil-
ton Gordon, the Governor of the Colony of New
Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby
abolish the Aparima, Hokanni, Kaiwera, Lake, Lam-
merlaw, Oware, Tapanui, Tuturau, Vincent, Wai-
kouaiti, Wallace, West Oreti, and Wyndham Rabbit
Districts, and do hereby constitute and declare the
part of the colony named in the Schedule hereto,
and comprised within the counties as defined by
"The Counties Act, 1876," to be rabbit districts
under the said "Rabbit Nuisance Act, 1881," by the
names set forth in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

Clutha and Bruce Counties-
To be the Clutha Rabbit District.

Peninsula, Taieri, and Waikouaiti Counties-
To be the Dunedin Rabbit District.

Lake County-
To be the Lake Rabbit District.

Maniototo County-
To be the Maniototo Rabbit District.

Waitaki County-
To be the Oamaru Rabbit District.

Southland County-
To be the Southland Rabbit District.

Tuapeka County-
To be the Tuapeka Rabbit District.

Vincent County-
To be the Vincent Rabbit District.

Wallace, Fiord, and Stewart Island Counties-
To be the Wallace Rabbit District.
