The areas and linkages of the several parcels of
land being either more or less; all situated within
the Provincial District of Wellington, Colony of New
Zealand, and are more particularly delineated upon
the plan marked P.W.D. 8804, deposited in the office
of the Minister for Public Works at Wellington, in
the Provincial District of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by the twenty-fifth section of "The
Municipal Corporations Act, 1876," it is
enacted that the Governor may, by Proclamation,
incorporate into a borough any district adjacent
thereto not being part of an existing borough, sub-
ject to certain conditions therein particularly speci-
fied: And whereas the Governor did, on the twenty-
ninth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty-one, cause a notice setting forth the bounda-
ries of the district described in the First Schedule
