DONAGHY'S SOUTH DUNEDIN ROPE-WALK.
I HAVE disposed of all my interest in the business
lately carried on by me as a Rope Manufacturer
in South Dunedin, and all the property in connection
therewith, to Messrs. BENJAMIN THROP, the Younger,
and others, of Dunedin, who will in future carry on
the said business under the style of "M. Donaghy
and Co.," and discharge all the liabilities due by, and
receive all the debts due to, me in connection with
the said business.

I CHARLES EDWARD RAWSON, Sheriff of the Dis-
trict of Taranaki, do hereby give notice that,
under a writ of fieri facias, duly issued out of the
Supreme Court of New Zealand, Northern District,
at New Plymouth, I have taken in execution, at the
suit of WALTER SHUTTLEWORTH, DARIUS SHUTTLE-
WORTH, and ALEXANDER SHUTTLEWORTH, the Execu-
tion Creditors, all the estate and interest of EDWARD
HOPKINSON, the Execution Debtor, in all that piece
of freehold land containing 39 acres (more or less),
situated in and being part of Rural Allotment 28, in
the Tikorangi District, County of Taranaki; bounded
towards the North, 1616 links, by the North Road;
towards the East, 2200 links, by waste lands; and,
towards the South, 2345 links, South-west, 693
links, and West, 1223 links, by other parts of same
allotment; with all buildings thereon. And that I
intend to cause the said land to be sold (subject to a
mortgage to secure payment of £150 on the 25th
January, 1882, with interest at 12½ per cent. per
annum) at the auction-rooms of Mr. William Court-
ney, Devon Street, New Plymouth, on Saturday, the
10th December, 1881, at 2 p.m., unless the debt,
interest, and costs payable under the said writ of
fieri facias be sooner paid.
The Solicitor for the Execution Creditors is Oliver
Samuel, of Devon Street, New Plymouth.
