General Assembly of New Zealand, passed in
the forty-fourth year of the reign of Her Majesty
Queen Victoria, and intituled "The Marriage Act,
1880," the following name of an Officiating Minister
within the meaning of the said Act is published for
general information :—

LAND OF SPECIAL VALUE.
Crown Lands Office,
Wellington, 4th January, 1881.
IT is hereby notified that twenty-five sections of
land, as per Schedule at foot, will be offered for
sale on deferred payments, by application at the Land
Office, Wellington, on Tuesday, the 8th February,
1881, between the hours of 9.30 a.m. and 4.30 p.m.
One-twentieth of the purchase-money to be paid with
the application, and the balance by half-yearly in-
stalments. If two or more applicants apply to pur-
chase the same section, an auction will be held
between them, at the Masterton Public Hall, on
Thursday, the 10th February next, at 10 o'clock in
the forenoon.
For the convenience of deferred-payment selectors
resident in the Wairarapa District, a Government
officer will be in attendance at the Public Hall, Mas-
terton, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. each
day, on Monday and Tuesday, the 7th and 8th Feb-
ruary, to receive applications.
