Notice of Times and Places for Investigating Claims.

NOTICE is hereby given that the claims, on behalf of themselves and others, of the several persons
whose names are mentioned in the first column of the Schedule hereunder written, to the several
blocks of land, of which the names and localities are mentioned in the second column, the boundaries of
which are published in the third column, will be investigated at Napier, on the 25th day of October next,
and following days.

The maps of such of these lands as have been surveyed, can be seen at the Courthouse of the Resident
Magistrate, Napier.

rua, Mangamingi, Te Mahauotehaka, Ma-
ngamaire, along the river of Rangitikei,
Makahikatoa, and closes at Kaianiu. |

mouth, to its entrance into Taruarau,
proceeds along that stream, turns to the
line of Owhaoko, to Kaianiu, along that line
to the stream of Rangitikei, proceeds along
that stream of Rangitikei, and joins up to
the mouth of Makokomuka. |

Te Ahiko, Ihaia Te Ngira,
Mohi Hema, and others | Waitio, near Napier | Commence at Pukewhareriki, Te Anaoruapi-
rau, turn to Te Kokotia Hineti a, run to the
sea at Ruuanga, strike Wharitekauae, and
cross to Puharariki. |
| Airini Tonore, Tareha Moana-
nui, Tamehana Pekapeka,
Rii Hauwaho, Raniera, Te-
muera, Mohi, Tokitoki, and
others | Otupaopao, near Napier | Commence at Waima, proceed by the Govern-
ment road, strike Ngahape, at the stock-yard,
proceed by the line of Waipiropiro, turn to
the Ngaruroro Stream, proceed along that
stream to Ohiwia, and along Ohiwia, strike
Orauru, run to Oingo, to Te Karamu, to Te
Rotoroa, and return to Waima, the starting
point. |
