  4. Greatest breadth of base, 6 feet.
  5. Area of reservoir, 1 acre or thereabouts.
  6. Time estimated for construction, thirty days.

MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS REGISTRATION.

I, THOMAS RUDFORD KING, Doctor of Medicine
of the University of Edinburgh, Scotland,
residing in East Taieri, hereby give notice that I
intend to apply, within thirty days from date hereof,
to have my name registered as a Medical Practitioner
under "The Medical Practitioners Registration Act,
1869;" and that I have deposited my diploma, with
a copy of this notice, in the office of the Registrar
for the District of Dunedin for public inspection, in
terms of section 14 of the said Act.
Dated at East Taieri, this 8th day of September,
1881.

I, WILLIAM ALEXANDER CUSHNY, M.B. and Mast.
Surg. of the University of Aberdeen, 1872, and
M.D. of the University of Aberdeen, 1874, hereby
give notice that I have this day deposited my diplo-
mas with the Registrar of the Auckland District, and
that I intend to apply to be registered under the New
Zealand Medical Practitioners Act in one month
after the publication of this notice.

guese, named JOSE' LOURENGO BARREIRA, Occa-
sionally using the name of PABLO SANCHES, is now, or
has been, residing in the colony.

TO CHEMISTS AND DRUGGISTS.

THE Pharmacy Board of New Zealand directs the
attention of all Chemists and Druggists in
business in the colony, who are still unregistered, to
section 25 of the Pharmacy Act, which makes regis-
tration imperative, and states the penalties for default.
As seven months have now been allowed for effecting
registration, the Board will be compelled to enforce the
law against all who do not take immediate steps to
register.
The necessary forms can be had on application to
the Registrar or Deputy-Registrars.
