"The Public Health Act, 1876," His Excellency
the Governor has been pleased to appoint

M.R.C.S.E.

to be an additional Public Vaccinator for the Dis-
trict of Auckland, to perform gratuitous vaccina-
tion in accordance with the provisions of the said
Act and any regulations made or to be made there-
under.

heim of the Supreme Court of New Zealand; and
Sheriff for the District of Marlborough : all from the
1st proximo, vice Hartley McIntire, Esq., resigned,
as from that date.
