Mining Notices.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to
register the Blue Peter Gold-Mining Company
as a Limited Company (or limited with prepayment)
under the provisions of "The Mining Companies
Act, 1872."

  1. The name of the Company is to be the Blue Peter Gold-
    Mining Company (Limited).
  2. The place of operations is at Tokatea Range, County of
    Coromandel.
  3. The registered office of the Company will be situated at
    Auckland.
  4. The nominal capital of the Company is fifteen thousand
    pounds, in fifteen thousand shares of one pound each.
  5. The number of shares subscribed for is fifteen thousand,
    being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in
    the Company.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT A WATER-

RACE.

Switzer's, 26th July, 1881.

To the Mining Registrar at Switzer's of the
Switzer's Mining District, and all other persons
whom it may concern.

TAKE notice that it is intended to construct a
Water-race and divert water from the east side
of the Argyle Creek, one mile above its junction
with the Winding Creek, and terminating at the
Switzer's Freehold Gold-Mining Company's claim.
The length of such race is about three miles or
thereabouts; the depth of such race is 2 feet 6
inches, and the breadth is 4 feet; and it is intended
to divert twenty heads of water.

Date and number of miner's right: 12th July,

Any person objecting to the granting of this appli-
cation must lodge his objection in writing at the
Warden's Office, Switzer's, within fourteen clear days
from the date hereof.

Hearing at Waikaia, at 11 o'clock, on the 16th
September, 1881.
